1. PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT

On one side 'Dereboyu Cad. Ambarlıdere Yolu No:4 Kat:1 Ortaköy, BeÅŸiktaÅŸ/Ä°stanbul residing at infernoclub.net (hereinafter referred to as “Inferno Club”) and on the other hand, Consumer (hereinafter referred to as “Inferno Club”) who purchases tickets from infernoclub.net website (referred to as “Customer”) in accordance with the following conditions have concluded this contract.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this agreement is the service of selling tickets to the Customer regarding the purchase of cinema and event tickets in electronic environment via the infernoclub.net website; It is the determination of the mutual rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on the Distance Contracts.

3. TERMS OF USE

The customer, "Terms of Use" on the website named infernoclub.net; and “Privacy” He/she hereby accepts and declares that he/she has read the texts titled and has complete information about these terms of use and confidentiality clauses.

4. GENERAL TERMS OF SALE AND SERVICE

4.1. If the customer chooses the movie ticket on the website, he will be able to see the price.

4.2. Cinema/event tickets can only be purchased with a debit or credit card on infernoclub.net. If the customer purchases a ticket over the internet, credit or debit card options will be offered to him or her to make the payment. The customer will choose the appropriate credit or debit card option and complete the transaction.

4.3. Ticket prices may vary depending on available locations, cities, movies, events and dates. The Customer accepts and declares the said change in ticket prices. Ticket prices include all taxes and fees; The service fee for selling the ticket online is not included. infernoclub.net reserves the right to make changes in the fee for the internet ticket sales service. The Customer accepts and declares the changes to be made in the fee for the internet ticket sales service.

4.4. A service fee determined by infernoclub.net is charged for each ticket processed by infernoclub.net. By purchasing a ticket from infernoclub.net, the user is deemed to have accepted to pay these fees.

4.5. Cinema tickets purchased on Ä°nfernoclub.net can only be received from relevant cinemas.

4.6. Movie tickets can be purchased on Ä°nfernoclub.net up to 5 minutes before the session starts.

4.7. Cinema tickets that are not used on the day and time are invalid and it is not possible to refund and/or change the service fee.

4.8. The customer cannot purchase more than the maximum number of tickets determined by infernoclub.net. Inferno Club prevents possible malicious ticket sales with this application. The customer cannot illegally sell the purchased tickets via the black market.

4.9. Infernoclub.net and all partners, employees or content providers of infernoclub.net cannot be held responsible for any possible errors, faults and omissions that may arise in infernoclub.net, or for any damage that may occur due to lack of information and delay, regardless of the reason and duration. Infernoclub.net and all partners, employees or content providers of infernoclub.net do not accept any responsibility for the claims of the Customer and 3rd parties for compensation, penalties and other claims under any name.

4.10. It is the Customer's responsibility to control and preserve the purchased movie/event tickets. The Customer shall be liable for the damages arising from the failure to fulfill this obligation.

4.11. By purchasing movie/event tickets on Ä°nfernoclub.net;
- You accept the seat you have chosen for each movie/event ticket purchased.
- You agree that infernoclub.net reserves the right to refuse to sell movie tickets, to terminate the sale of movie tickets or to change/cancel session times and halls in case of technical failures and/or as it deems appropriate.

4.12. While making a purchase on Ä°nfernoclub.net, the age classification of the films determined by the Ministry of Culture should be considered. Tickets of those who do not comply with the age limit of the relevant movie can be refunded/cancelled and Ä°nfernoclub.net employees cannot be held responsible for any disruption.

4.13. Refund, cancellation or exchange of movie tickets purchased through Ä°nfernoclub.net, until 1 hour before the movie/event session, in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement https://www.infernoclub.net/biletleme/~step~refund  Internet ticket sales service fee of 1.5 TL is non-refundable for refunds. 

4.14. Refunds of transactions made with all American Express credit cards are made by the box offices in the cinemas where the ticket is valid.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within seven days from the date of conclusion of this contract. In order for the customer to use the right of withdrawal, there must be more than 1 hour before the start of the relevant film/event session, provided that he has not used the service he has purchased in any way and/or the 7-day period of the right of withdrawal, otherwise the right of withdrawal will be invalid. In the event that the Customer uses his right of withdrawal in due time and duly, infernoclub.net will refund the Customer the price of the ticket he has purchased, within ten days at the latest, from the date on which the right of withdrawal notification is received. Refunds for transactions made with all American Express credit cards are made by the box offices in the cinemas where the ticket is valid. The customer shall use the right of withdrawal in writing or by notifying infernoclub.net's specified contact form or e-mail address.

6. OTHER PROVISIONS

6.1. Information on ticket sales will be recorded by Inferno Club and in case of any dispute, records regarding sales will be submitted to relevant institutions and organizations.

6.2. Ä°nferno Club is not responsible for price and content errors caused by typesetting and system errors that may occur on its website.

6.3. The customer, during the use of the site, will act in accordance with this Agreement and Terms of Use, all the conditions on the site, the explanations made in the relevant parts of the site and all applicable legislation, otherwise, all legal, penal and financial liabilities that may arise due to these notifications and illegal use belong to him. accepts, declares and undertakes.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In disputes arising from the implementation of this contract, the Arbitration Committee for Consumer Problems is authorized within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry in the place where the Customer purchases service or where he resides.

8. EFFECTIVENESS

With the acceptance and approval of this contract and the realization of the payment for the order placed on the website, the Customer will be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract and this contract will enter into force.
The customer accepts, declares and undertakes that he/she is fully and accurately informed about the contractual service's qualifications, sales price, payment method, right of withdrawal from the contract and all rights and obligations brought by the contract.

The Customer accepts and declares that there may be changes in the fee for the internet ticket sales service.

Movie tickets can be purchased on Ä°nfernoclub.net up to 10 minutes before the session starts.

Cinema tickets that are not used on the day and time are invalid and it is not possible to refund and/or change the service fee.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within seven days from the date of conclusion of this contract. In order for the customer to use the right of withdrawal, he/she has not used the service he/she has purchased in any way and/or the relevant film/event session must not have started, provided that it does not exceed the 7-day period, which is the right of withdrawal, otherwise the right of withdrawal will be invalid. In the event that the Customer uses his right of withdrawal within the period and duly, Ä°nfernoclub.net will refund the Customer the price of the ticket he has purchased, within ten days at the latest, from the date on which the notification of the right of withdrawal is received. The customer will make the use of the right of withdrawal in writing or by notifying infernoclub.net's specified contact form or e-mail address. Internet sales service fee is non-refundable for returns.

4. AUTHORIZED COURT

The customer shall make his applications regarding the complaints and objections arising from the implementation of this contract to the Consumer Problems Arbitration Committee in the place where he/she purchases the service or where he/she resides within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry.

After this preliminary information form is read and accepted by the Customer in electronic environment, the stage of establishing a distance sales contract will be started.

The customer accepts, declares and undertakes that he has read and accepted the items specified in the preliminary information form and that he has no objections.
